Production and Transportation of Plasterboard

We offer sophisticated conveyor technology for the production of plasterboard as well as a comprehensive selection parts for machines and plants.

Depending on the size, it is possible to convey plasterboard individually, but also to convey up to 2 stacks at a time one on top of the other (total weight up to 12 tonnes). 

The transitions between the conveyors are so designed that they can be used with or without an under pallet or just with cross bars. The production lines are linked by carriages, turning stations, doublers, rolling conveyors, chain conveyors or raising and lowering stations.

Where production lines already exist it often makes economical sense to expand the existing components with individually aligned engines and equipment, or to retrofit. This can also be successfully accomplished with well established SEMET technology
