Production of Concrete and Prefabricated Parts

For the production of concrete and prefabricated parts we offer a large variety of solutions with SEMET standard components.

Whether for compressed parts such as plaster stones, cast and heavy concrete parts or complete circulation plants: for example for the production of concrete floors – we offer machines and plant components for the part-handling from the compression or casting process right up to packaging and storage – inclusive of intermediate storage where necessary. 

Circulation equipment for the production of precast concrete. Rack feeder for loading the dryer. The surface area of the precast concrete blocks here is 6 x 3 m.

Dryer with five levels. This is the outlet side with a feed unit. The concrete is transported using friction wheels, chain hoists, roller conveyors and travelling platforms.

Forklift: under carriage and over carriage. Loading and off loading of stones into drying chamber, the press is loaded with empty pallets and loaded pallets are collected. Overcarriage on the undercarriage can rotate 180°.

Over carriage with hydraulic and motor driven hub function, motor driven, distance sensors and radio data transmission device.

Pronged forklift for the transfer of materials to a press and placing in a dry kiln, rotary function and handling of empty trays.

Overhead crane with four side grips for compressing and packaging stones and stacking them onto pallets.

Handler for bore concrete pipes with grips and rotary function. Conveyor belt with cushioning to connect two production lines.
